I have been filed a case on dowry act and as well as women harrasment from my wife family. Now they are seeking mutual divorce after taking my loan amount which was asked by my mother in law in order to for wife health treatment. They have taken all my money and my things including my certificate and other household appliances
Now my wife has given me a false allegation and my mother in law did not let me to talk to my wife almost a year when I went from their home to my parental home
As of now I don't have any kind of support rather than giving mutual sign on the 3rd mediation and both the lawyer did not made me to attend the counselling but they asked me to attend straight mediation.
If any one see this message please help me on getting the justice.

A.Dear Client

It is important that you find a good lawyer who specializes in family law and can advise you on the best course of action. Your lawyer can also help you understand your legal rights and responsibilities, as well as guide you through the mediation process. Moreover, I will advise you to keep detailed records of all interactions with your wife and her family, including any financial transactions or conversations related to the loan or treatment for your wife's health; this may be used in court as evidence.
