I have appeared on varous dates of women cell , then finally after giving 24 march date they called me earlier on 1st march and on asking for notice they gave me one , after which i stopped going as my wifes family was regualarly misbehaving there which I have on record , now they have issued notice to my senior citizen parents and my married sister what should I do?
A.Dear Client
If the women's cell has issued a notice to your senior citizen parents and married sister, it means that they are seeking their appearance in connection with the case. It is important to respond to the notice and attend the hearing as per the schedule mentioned in the notice. You should consult with a lawyer who specializes in family law and attend the hearing with your family members.
