Gift deed - given his property to his son and daughter

If a father, through a gift deed, has given his property to his son and daughter- to be shared equally. After the father's death, the daughter gets to know that her brother transferred his share of the property to another person D. How do you reach an agreement to divide this property?
A.Hello,
Your brother cannot tranfer your share to anyone if the gift deed made my father was registered if he does so , you are entitled to institute a suit against him. and if the deed was not registered then it can be ground for your brother to say that it was not a registered deed.
