Divorce - Me and my husband got married 3 years back

Me and my husband got married 3 years back and stayed together for 1 year exactly got separated becaue of his alcoholic disorder sold all the jewellery of mine, mental torture domestic voilence and physical harasment. for almost 1.5 years we satyed separate and he sent me legal notice after 6 months to come and stay with him in his matrimonial house. We stayed quit and didnot respond for this and after separation of 1.3 years we recently went and spoke to him regarding marriage life restarting or we can muctually end the marriage but he was not ready to give divorce, my husband said me no i wont drink now i have become good an all and said lets leave happily an all. I decided and said him lets meet up see look into each other and lets be in friendly manner will get to know each other then we will decide whether to continue or end our marriage mutually he then agreed. I stayed at my mom place dint go there but were hanging out and calling andd texting and soon after 1 week he started showing his true nature he is still addicted to alcohol, hospitalised because of it even his family members know about it, he is in PIP status at work place because of his behavioural at work life, he is absusing me and my parents and trying to blak mail me, Iam asking him for divorce he is not ready but instead torturing me iam at a mental state and even we are from middle class family Iam the only daughter. I want divrce from him please help me
