Remarrying in goa
I got married in goa and my divorce has been filed however I want to remarry.what is the waiting period (if any ) in goa after divorce is granted ?
A.Dear Sir,
You have to contact advocate from Goa who is well acquainted with local laws. Generally when legal divorce is awarded by any Civil Court then the spouse has to wait for 90 days from the date of judgment to get to remarried.
