Need legal advise in case of divorce Need legal advise in case of divorce

My relation with my wife is extremely strange for nearly 8 months. We are married for last 19years and have a son, who is 16 years old now. She was working till Jun 2018 and suddenly she was terminated by her employer because of some professional reasons. Since then she makes me responsible for everything. She is disconnected with every one and remains at home all the time. She abuses me every day and asks me to leave home & her and go anywhere. She wants to stay in the same home which I purchased and we are currently living and I am still paying EMI. Also, she wants me to fulfil her all the monthly financial requirements after living her.

I believe she is under depression but she is not ready to understand this. When I suggest her to consult a doctor, she says I want to prove her mad. Now the only way remains is to get separated now. I am going thru hell like life for last 6 months. I am living in my own home like a guest.

Our marriage was a love marriage, we both belong to different religion but we managed well for 18years. In case of separation, I want to understand, if we get separated by legal method, what I will have to pay to her. Whether she can claim share in the property, in which she is also a co-owner but I have been paying all the EMIs. We have another joint property for which she was paying EMI till she had job, now for that property also I am paying the EMI. I have another property which I only own. What all she is entitled to get as per law.

I am worried about her future that is why I waited for 6months, I dont want to leave her but she is forcing me to leave as she treating me very badly. I have been ignoring many things looking at my son's future but now it is enough.

Please advise me.
