Applying divorce and privacy issue case

I was married 10 years before , I have two kids, my wife torturing me for last 4 years using her instinct that I have an affair with someone . She is strongly believe that I have an affair, due to her imagination she always fighting with me at night time ride out my peace. Like this she asked me many time and join me with one girl for four years, me and that girl family was family friends for 10 years. Many time I was explained about me and that girl, we have nothing between us except friendship, but she was not ready to trust. In this situation finally I was committed some affairs with that girl last one year, I believe that because of her continuous torture about 4 years I was committed finally with that girl who was my family friend.
Now my wife file a petition against me in local women's police station that I have an affair with that girl, she was collected my call history and that girls call history and also her parents call history without anyones knowledge without ( Fir ) illegally.
When I wento police station due to this petition, that women police are not ready to hear my voice and made me afraid by raising them voice. They thretning me about file a case that I was in adultery and made me prison...
I explained like my wife was tortured me for four years due to her imagination and because of this fight I was mentally disturbed and I was tried suicide attempt for three times. My wife only saved me that time, but she was not ready to stop. again and again my wife torturing me and fighting with me that I have an affair strongly she was believed. while I went out offical work, and also torturing me at office timings like I told in police station. For this that women police not ready to hear my voice instead of that they advised me to go and die , go committ suicide and don't forget to write my name in that letter, it's a simple case for me and I will put some sections pay fine that's all.. go and die like that police women said and spoke very rude with me without respect.. because of this insident I was wrecked and feel nobody is understanding my feelings so I had thoughts about suicide and mentally disturbed.
That police women decided everything in my life for an example : that police women told me to go and get the separate house for my wife and comple me to Live with my wife who was tortured me mentally.. and that police women decided and force me to don't speak them and she was decided too where my kids need to study, and also she only decided how long I want to work like this and all they were captured my rights..At the end they forced me to write a letter that I will live with my wife, and sent me to back from the station.
After this insident I was checked my wife's call history. I was shocked she was talking in hours and also many days with two people one is my street neighbour anothor one is cylinder delivery person. Now I am not ready to live with her mentally and physically so finally can I file a divorce against her and also can I file case against her about accesd my privacy data like call history without my knowledge..
Please advise me sir/madam mentally I was disturbed and tortured by her upto 4 years, how can I file a divorce case in this situation.
