Collect Financial Evidence: Gather evidence of your income, expenses, and financial situation to demonstrate to the court that the ordered amount is unfair or not in accordance with the law.

File an Application: If your attorney believes there are valid grounds for challenging the interim maintenance order, they can help you file an appropriate application or petition in court.

Present Your Case: During court hearings, your attorney can present arguments and evidence to support your request for a reduction in the interim maintenance amount.

Abide by Court Orders: While challenging the maintenance order, it is essential to continue complying with any court orders, including the payment of interim maintenance, until a new order is issued.

A.Dear Client
What the court has ordered does not appear to be reasonable and you should challenge it in the higher court of appeal.
