Divorce - Our marriage is in trouble Divorce - Our marriage is in trouble

I am married for 1 year 10 months now to my boyfriend of 12 years. Our marriage is in trouble and my husband is not showing any interests in changing his behaviour. I came to my parents house, its been 5 months am here. But he didnt take any initiative in these months and moreover hes partying with friends thrice a week & been to out of India twice in these 5 months, twice out of delhi with his friends. I intent to study abroad and pursue my LLM. So whether I should end and file for a divorce before I leave or I should leave things cold they way my husband and his family are doing & simply move out without informing them and leave things the way they are.
As this matter is urgent , I would appreciate a prompt reply. Thankyou !

Communication: Open and honest communication is essential in any relationship. Before making any decisions, it's a good idea to have a conversation with your husband about your concerns and feelings. Express how his behavior and actions have affected you and the marriage. See if he is willing to engage in a dialogue about the issues you both are facing.

Marriage Counseling: If you believe there is still a chance to salvage the marriage, consider seeking the help of a marriage counselor or therapist. Marriage counseling can provide a safe space to address the issues in your relationship and work toward resolution.

Legal Advice: If you are contemplating divorce, it's important to consult with a family law attorney. They can provide you with information about the divorce process, your rights, and the potential outcomes. Understanding the legal implications can help you make an informed decision.
