A.Dear Client,

If your wife left without informing you and married someone else, you may want to consider filing for divorce. Divorce in India can be initiated under various laws, including the Hindu Marriage Act, Special Marriage Act, or other applicable personal laws depending on your religion. To remarry, you will need to obtain a divorce decree from the court. This decree legally dissolves your previous marriage and allows you to marry someone else.

After obtaining the divorce decree, you can proceed with your second marriage. You have the option to choose a religious or civil marriage ceremony. To ensure the legal validity of your second marriage, it is advisable to get it registered under the relevant Marriage Registration Act in your state. In India, the Special Marriage Act allows inter-religious or inter-caste marriages and is a common choice for court marriages.
