My land uses as a shortcut road, but there is alternative road. Still they uses my land for shortcut road. What to do?
A.Dear Client,
A private property cannot be used as public property when there is an alternative public road is in place. So you need to block the said shortcut road. In case of any objection or protest, reach out to the office of Municipal Authority and Land Revenue Deptt to file a complaint against the protestors failing which you need to file a civil suit in the civil Court praying for injunction in the matter to stop the use of shortcut road by the public.

A.Dear Client,
Firstly, ensure that you are the legal owner of the land. You should have property records, deeds, and titles that establish your ownership. Contact the local municipal or city authorities and inform them of the issue. They may be able to take action to prevent unauthorized use of your land. They could also help you with any required permits or regulatory approvals for restricting access to your land. If your land is not already secured by fencing or barriers, consider installing them to prevent unauthorized access. Make sure these structures comply with local laws and regulations. You may try to negotiate with the people using your land as a shortcut road. Ask them to stop using your land for this purpose, and communicate your concerns about trespassing. If all else fails, you may need to consider legal action. Our legal team can help you file a lawsuit against those using your land without permission. This may lead to court orders preventing the trespassers from using your land. In some cases, you can seek a court-issued injunction to immediately stop the trespassing while the legal proceedings are ongoing.
