2. Maintenance for wife and daughter under section 125 Cr.P.C.

A.1) File a complaint u/s 498A IPC and dowry act in the nearest police station

2) File a complaint u/s 12 DV act in the court of the magistrate

3) File for maintenance

A.Hi,
Pehle toh yeh clarify kariye ki aap yeh shaadi ka rishta aagey nibhaana chahti hain ki nahin ?
Agar marriage continue karna hain, toh uska bhi niyam hain aur agar divorce paana chahti hain aur maintenance claim karna hain toh bhi uska niyam hain.
Ab aagey aap batao agey kya karna hain.
Agar shaadi continue karne main problem hain toh Sec. 498A ke tahat aap apne najdik Thana mein FIR kar sakti hain, aur Divorce ka petition bhi Court mein file kar maintenance ka daawa kar apna jeevan gujar aur apni bacchi ka phi gujara bhatta maang sakti hain. Is mamley mein Court aapki puri sahayta karegi.
Ab aapko sochna hain aagey kya karna hain. Shaadi ko continue karna hain ki Alag hojana hain.
Jald baazi se koi feshla na ley yeh aapke aur aapke bitiya ke future ki baat hain.

आप अपने पति व ससुराल वालों के खिलाफ आपराधिक मुकद्दमा (498a, 323,406, 506 ipc etc.), भरण पोषण (maintenance) का मुकद्दमा, (Domestic Violence) एवं घर बसाने का मुकद्दमा डाल सकती हैं लेकिन पहले आपको निश्चय करना होगा की आप चाहती क्या है,
साथ रहना या अलग हो जाना
अगर अलग होना चाहती हैं तो सहमती से तलाक सबसे अच्छा समाधान है बशर्ते दोनों पक्ष सहमत हों

A.Dear client Divorce is simple if file by Spouse with concern called mutual divorce.apply right now
HENCE THE APPLICANT HUMBLY PRAYS
1. to take cognizance for the offence punishable u/s 498A IPC and punish Respondent1 to 3 as per law and extend police protection to the deponent,
2. Pass orders u/s 19, based upon S.17, granting separate residence for herself and her three children at a monthly rent of Rs. 20,000/- and advance of Rs. 5,00,000/-.
3. Pass orders u/s 18, in totality against Respondent1 to 3,
4. Pass orders u/s 20(i) granting Rs.25,000/- per month as maintenance for applicant and maintenance at the rate of Rs. 5,000/- each per month to her three children.
5. Pass orders granting Rs. 5,00,000/- for setting up house hold requirements, in granted residence, to make it livable, as the applicant cannot return to the house of Respondent1 as he is residing in the house of respondent No. 3, which is legally prohibited,
6. Pass orders granting litigation expenses of Rs.1,00,000/- as the applicant made to wander from pillar to post for getting legal aid to attend the Hon’ble Court, whereas, the Respondent1 falsely filed Divorce Petition.
7. The applicant also filed interim application supported by affidavit u/s 23(1) and (2) of D.V.Act,
8. That any other order/s, this Hon’ble Court deems fit, to meet the ends of justice
