A hindu person married to muslim girl after conversion in 2014 in arya samaj mandir and registered marriage under hindu marriage act in ghaziabad. Soon after girl left and never came back. Boy get the divorce decree in 2021 and married to other girl in 2020. Now whether annulment decree may be obtained from court to legalize marriage of 2020 in ghaziabad. ( reason girls not converted and remains muslim)
