Sir, I have land in 448/A survey number and other farmer having land in 448/A/1 survey number( both are side by side only). Opposite farmer and person who sold me land exchanged there land 12 years ago. And I bought the land before 10 years. Now the opposite farmer is telling that he want the exchanged land back and he is telling that he have the document of the land Iam cultivating. Person sold me the land with all proper documents and iam in possession from 10years. He is threatening him to give it back. What I can do now to have same possession?

A.Dear Client,
In the given situation, serving a legal notice to the person, file a civil suit for a declaration under Sec.34 of the Specific Relief Act, 1963 before the competent Civil Court seeking an injunction under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 CPC read with Section 151 of CPC requesting the Court to exercise its inherent power to do justice.

A.Dear sir
Just file a suit for permanent injunction and restrain him for interfering over your land. It is time barred so he cannot do anything.
