Various cases,fir,mc,GOP is going on,meanwhile my husband has sent talaq1 stating I accepted,now what I can do??please help
A.Dear client, talaq has been made void and illegal by supreme court of india. So, your husband can be made liable for doing talaq.

Talaq does not end the litigation which is pending before the Courts. You must take divorce legally and cannot end the marriage by way of Talaq.
