A.Dear Client,

A divorce is not legally valid and enforceable under the law until a competent Court of law passes a decree of divorce, nullifying the marriage. This applies to all forms of divorce, including mutual consent divorce.

A.Dear Client,
Until and unless a decree of divorce is passed by a competent Court of law annulling a marriage even in mutual consent divorce, a divorce in any other form is not considered legally valid and not enforceable under the law.
