Dear Sir, I got divorced recently (permanent alimony is paid) I have a daughter of age 8yrs, staying with her mother. In future, does my wife or daughter can claim from my or parents movable or immovable property? Because of this concern I am not able make up my future decisions. Thanks.
A.Dear Sir,
Please read the terms of divorce normally it contains a clause that child and her mother were sufficiently compensated in terms of permanent alimony as such in future neither of them can claim any maintenance or share from you.

A.if she remarry, she cannot make a claim from you or parents,
if she does not marry again, yes, she can make a claim in future but from you only,
the child can claim her rights in the property from you and parents as well,
