I am living with my parants since last 15 months. Before 10 months my husbund gave me 8 lakhs for divorce sattlement. At that time i have withdrawn my 125crpc. But later 6 months i was not ready to give divorce. So my husband ask to return his money back. So i asked for 15 months maintance .so he denied to pay ,as i have withdrawn 125. He told me to do new 125 for maintanance. So gap between new & old 125crpc case is 15 months. What should i do ? If he give me blank chaque of amount which will be decide should i accept ? Because after judgement if he will not pay than ?
