A. Being tenant you havre independent rights in respect of tenanted premises including staircase. So any interference of any kind by owner or his son is illegal and unwarranted and amount to trespassing. Report the matter to police for trespassing, harassment etc.

A. Hi,
It depends upon the fact whether you want to grant them more time or not.
If you want them to vacate the house and deny doing the same, a legal notice may be issued.

A. Hi,
The time frame is provided under Sec. 34(6) of the Act, the applications have to be decided within ninety days. Not more than three adjournments are to be allowed to any party, so the applications are to be summarily decided. In case of non compliance, you have a right to file an execution petition.
