Family divorce alimony problem Family divorce alimony problem

We applied for mutual divorce with agreement of 8.5 lakh Alimony.
Already paid 4 lakh, Remaining amount I need pay.
Now I am unable to pay that money, due to covid19 financial problems.
Already my salary got reduced 25% due to covid19
My Salary 75k, Every month I need pay 66k for personal loan EMI
Loan I took for my house construction and for already paid alimony, some amount invested in stock, which is totally in lose.
Unable to take additional loan now.
Unable change another job due to recession

1. Is there any way to terminate alimony?
2. If 1st point not possible, any way to reduce or making Emi of alimony?

A.1. since you had already paid half of the amount, therefore, try to settle your wife to accept your proposal of payment of balance alimony through EMI,
2. you can offer him the bank interest on the delayed payment,

A.Dear Sir,
Due to changed circumstances you may say it may be closed for the amount already paid or take back that amount and continue the litigation by cancelling the mutual divorce. Please give me Rank 5 if you feel my answer helped you.

A.Dear client,
File a petition before family court describing all about ti reduce alimony.
Before that pay less amount as you could to her. And wait her action , then take action or do reply if she moves to court.
