A.Dear client,
You can with the mutual consent of your husband file a mutual consent Petition in the court for grant of divorce and the court will grant you divorce but kindly keep in mind that your husband agrees for the divorce.
Just to simplify things for you I will suggest that go to mediation center and take the recourse of pre litigation mediation in which you can convince your husband to give you divorce mutually with consent.

A.Best option available with you to go for Mutual Consent Divorce, the same has to be accepted by your husband also. Once it is agreed between both of you, it will be granted between 6 to 8 months time from date of taking your case on record.

A.Maam you must have a strong reason to get separated from your husband as without reasons court will grant divorce to you. So, suggested that you please get in touch with a divorce lawyer from you city and discuss the matter at length to arrive at a conclusion on how to file the case.
