My wife filed for contested divorce without knowing me the filing date and i also filed a contested petition . Now which case will move on further? Please let me know

A.Both want divorce then you can convert it to mutual divorce also.
if not then
They are filed in same city ? then both cases will be merged. Whoever will prove their grounds (reasons) for divorce will be given divorce on that basis.
They are filed in different city/state ? then your case will be transferred to your wife city/state.

A.any way let your advocate that your wife also filed a Divorce case against you then he will process the work.

A.Dear Sir,
Both cases will be clubbed together and common evidence will be recorded and judge will give finding as to whether you are entitled for divorce on the allegations made by you or whether your wife is entitled for divorce on the allegations made by her. The aggrieved party may approach High Court.

A.Dear client live separate for at least six months both and days will turn you rejoin and try to avoid divorce if affects your entire life and family relationship try to unite and make small family arrangement. Divorce will end. Regards NITHYANANDAN.S

As per your inputs if the court come to know that two cases have been filed on the same cause of action, then the court may merge the case or make it as a batch case, any way let your advocate that your wife also filed a Divorce case against you then he will process the work
