A.Why she left ?
you want divorce or not ?
she want divorce or not ?
nobody can force anybody to live together or pay settlement money for divorce.
you refuse to give divorce if you dont want to pay.
You can send notice for restitution of conjugal rights for her to come back.
or
Wait for 2 years and file for divorce for desertion.
Hope this clarifies,

A.Hello. It depends whether you wish to continue with your wife or not. Law always supports marriages and not divorce. If you wish to continue with her, send her a legal notice asking her to come back and if she doesn't file for restitution of conjugal rights. If you wish to divorce, you must be able to prove any ground of divorce.

A.Laws pro women are mistaken by many individuals. If you are able to satisfy the Court of Law that it is she who deserted and you didn't do anything adverse to ur wife, you need not worry. However if you are not able to patch up and finally u both want to get separated Court can resolve the matter including permanent alimony whatsoever if to be given. However further you can resolve the issue amicably through mutual discussion but not at cost of your disadvantage.

A.You issue notice through your lawyer asking her to come and join with you. After that you file a petition for restitution of conjugal right as a defence

A.Dear Client,
You need not to worry of all about. As she had call you fir mutual divorce and now she evading , ni issue . You file for divorce, if you are ready finally. Court will not force you to live together. You may also opt for judicial separation.
Thanks
