Me and my spouse filled a petition for dissolving our marriage type of divorce is Mutual consent ,we are living separated from last two years but now we decided to take divorce as due to this covid 19 our process will be going online ,online hearing and all can any body please let me know how much time does it takes ? Can i remarry without getting divorce decree only on the basis of divorce papers .

A.During this covid-19 period hearing are taking place online only. mutual divorce time periods is six months after filling. you can always marry after getting divorce decree, it is advisable to wait appeal period.

A.Hi,
“The dissolution of the marriage is complete once the court finalizes the order, subject of course to appeal. In case of dissolution of marriage, a second marriage shall be lawful only after the dismissal of the appeal”.

A.currently mutual divorce are happening by online hearing.
it take 2 to 7 months.
you can marry very next day of divorce but divorce decree is only divorce papers. what else is divorce papers ?
but it is suggested to wait 90 days to remarry because of appeal window.
