I am trying to sell a property. Since I am not able to be present for the sale, the buyer suggested making a Power of Attorney in favour of his lawyer to execute the sale deed. Is this a risk-free approach for me?

A.Hi,
Since you yourself won't be able to be present, power of attorney seems to be nice alternative, moreover, you can alter the terms accordingly.
