Question on Power of Attorney doc
I am trying to sell a property. Since I am not able to be present for the sale, the buyer suggested making a Power of Attorney in favour of his lawyer to execute the sale deed. Is this a risk-free approach for me?

A.Hi,
Yes you can use power of attorney, however, you can restrict the person through its terms.

A.Hi,
Since you yourself won't be able to be present, power of attorney seems to be nice alternative, moreover, you can alter the terms accordingly.
