A.Dear Sir,
You have to protest such scrupulous notices and try to file multiple cases against him as all laws are in favour of married women thus you can bring him under your control

A.Do not give reply to that notice if that contains allegations pertaining to your matrimonial dispute. Instead, file a case of maintenance and summon him in court. Get the matter refer to court mediation and counseling. I hope better sense would prevail. God bless you.

A.Hi,
Please provide more specifications, what is mentioned in the notice, however you should reply to the notice, also since your husband has deserted you, you can proceed for the divorce, since it is a valid ground.
