Husband pays only half of interim maintenance Husband pays only half of interim maintenance

Court has ordered my husband to pay an interim maintenance of 22000 per month. But he is tactfully paying only 22000 per 2 months, I.e; he is effectively paying only half of what court has ordered. How can I make him pay full amount?

A.Dear Client
As per your inputs your husband is cleverly escaping from payment of awarded maintenance, you make a submission before the trail court about the clever escape by your husband, then the court would order your husband to pay the full amount regularly

A.Move an application to inform the court with paid maintainance slip that he is not following the order of Hon'ble Court. Then wait for Court decision on your application!

A.Hi,
You can state your grievances to the Court and have them pass an order commanding him to pay the full amount. If he does not comply, he will be sentenced to judicial custody and a fine shall be imposed on him for every additional day he does not comply.
