Sir October 2019 me mere tha domestic violence hua tha jo mere sass sasur ne kiya tha.. jiske against mane aawaj uttai to mere husband ne mujhe sath rhane se mana kr diya tha. Ye sb mere husband ke pichhe se hua tha .. meri saas hme sath nai rhne dena chahti thi wo chahti ki hmara divorce hojye but m iske against thi.. fir mane complaint dali to unhone mafi mang li uske baad mttr close hogya but legal tarike se.. family wale ne sing vgra bi kiye or m apne husband ke sath Bangalore chali gai.. wha se hm 8 months baad aaye or wo apne ghr or m apne ghr aagai rhne ke liye unhone kha kha tha ki 1-2 month me wo apna ghr le lenge or fir sath rhenge. Wha hmare rishta bahut achha tha koi issue nai hua hme wha . abi mujhe wha se aaye hua 3 and half month hogya h or mere husband mujhse baat nai krte h na koi rhne ke liye ghr de rhe h.. ye to ek trh ka dhokha hogya mere sath.. ise against mere kya rights kya aap mujhe bta skte h.. m central government employees hu.. kya aap mujhe guide kr skte h..

Aap ke details se e pata chala ki aap se domestic violence abhee bee kiya jaa raha hai, aap vun sare log ke upar domestice violence case file kar sakte hi aur vo petition me aap vunke pas rahne ke liye bee court order le sakte hi, aap pahle legal notice issue karo vuske bad aap court cases file karna suru karo, haa hum aapke legal support karne ke liye tayyar hi

A.Hi,
In case you do not want divorce, you may file a case for restitution of conjugal rights in a court of law.
Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (Section 9) says If either the husband or the wife, without reasonable excuses, withdraws from the society of the other, the aggrieved party may approach the Court for restitution of conjugal rights.

A.Hi,
A case for restitution of conjugal rights may be filed under Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.
Moreover, you may file a case for maintenance against your husband under section 125 of CRPC.

A.You can seek maintenance from your husband.
Actually I don't know Hindi but in my assumption you can file Restitution of Conjugal Rights
