Case settlement
I have two cases filed by me against my husband in family court and one case filed by my husband against me in family court. We have put settlement application for two cases. One from me and one from my husband. So can the remaining case which is filed by me get settled with the counselor report of other two cases? Or do we have to put separate settlement application for the remaining case.

A.Hi,
Considering that you both have decided to opt for settlement, you can request that both cases be disposed of in the same application, your husband can file a similar petition praying for the same relief.
