Petition to get cdr details of wife in annulment proceedings
3 years ago
In my annulment proceedings court has given first hearing date. On that first date, can my lawyer file a petition infront of court to order cdr details of wife from the telecom company Airtel?
The cdr details are important evidence in my case as they can establish her relationship with her boyfriend. If we delay to get those details telecome companies delete them usually. So, we need to get it as soon as possible.
What can i do?
A.Dear Sir,
You may file application before same Court and if rejected then approach High Court.

A.Hi,
Yes, you can make a petition to obtain the records, but the Court will not grant it if it believes that it would amount to a violation of your wife's right to privacy.

A.Hi,
Yes, you can file a petition with the Court to try and obtain those records, although she might be able to contest it on the grounds that it is a violation of her privacy.
