Husband Absconding and Police unable to get him visited to various places and filed the petition to court of the absconding, Now it is 2 years, How can we get the divorce and also no Alumni paid

A.Divorce case may be filed in the Family Court on the grounds of desertion and if he is not appearing then you can get decree of divorce exparte.

A.You can file divorce petition before family court and maintenance petition before family court and magistrate court.
If your parents are paid or gifted any property or ornaments you can file petition for Realisation property before family court Act.
As per my knowledge if husband died can ask maintenance from her father in law.
