I was married at 17th age ....now I am 24 year old, my parents were too poor that they couldn't able to educate me after puc, for shake of my education I agreed to marry a person who is 14 year older than me and moreover he is un educated and with lot of struggling with him and balancing all family problems i made my master'sin physics, now we have 2 babies.....but due to mental differences between both of us are at no too extreme level. And moreover I am IAS aspirant....so there is no even bit of similarity between us , is it possible to me get divorce from him , I don't want any componsession from him is it possible.

A.Yes. You can get divorce without compensation as you are ready for it.

A.Hi,
As you were a minor at the time of entering the marriage, you can make a petition to the family Court to have it be declared void.

A.Hi,
As you were a minor at the time of marriage, you can have the union be declared void by filing a petition for the same in family Court.
