Me and my wife both are agreed for divorced but i say i don't have money for alimony and she agreed for that she say i dont want money but she want only divorce but now u say whats the decisions we take

A.Hi,
You can have this term incorporated in your final divorce agreement. The law states that you have a duty to support your wife, unless she expressly waives this right.

A.Hi,
You will have to provide her with some token amount to meet the requirements of maintenance under the law. You can have this clause drafted into the terms of your divorce agreement.
