Sir/Madam,
I need an advocate who can help me and manage to get dicorce through Exparte divorce process.
Because my wife is not accepting for mutual consent and definetely she will contest the divorce case if i file for divorce in my home town or my last residence.

So, I want to apply divorce in any other state other and need advocate who can manage to get me exparte divorce please.

I am from hyderabad.

A.Hi,
Mediation, arbitration or counselling might make your wife more willing to accept a mutual consent divorce. It will be hard for you to obtain an ex-parte order on a contested divorce, unless your wife has clearly violated the terms of the marriage and refuses to appear before Court without reason. We can assist in representing you.

A.Hi,
It is hard to obtain an ex-parte decree unless there are valid reasons for your wife's absence. It is unlikely for an ex-parte decree to be granted if your wife is contesting the divorce. We would advise counselling or mediation in order to facilitate a mutual consent divorce.
