A.Hi,
File for divorce on the grounds of desertion, you will be granted an ex-parte decree (in your husband's absence).

A.You will have to give legal notice send papers to your husband's last known address and if no one receives it then not delivered remark and thereafter file divorce on grounds of desertion and send papers to your husband's last known address and if no one receives it then with not delivered remark it will get returned and ofcourse same process will happen when Court sends summons from their side (you might also be required to give public notice in newspaper in this respect giving 15 days time or so) if no response received then you will have to apply the Court stating no delivered etc reasons and post acknowledgement to that effect and request for passing exparte decree for divorce. I can assist you in this process. You can take my contact from Vidhikarya if you need any legal services from me.Thank you.
