Hi My wife has a boyfriend and she is fully involved with this guy physically and mentally as well as she also go to the hotel to sex with other person. I have proof of that (Chat Message & Mail). I told all the things to her parent, they threated and harassed me. From last 6 months she is not staying with me not even any contact with me. I have a baby girl child (age 2 years), even from last 6 months she doesn't allow me visit with my child. What should I do?

A.Hi,
Adultery though decriminalized, is still a ground of divorce. Therefore if you're planning to divorce her, you can go ahead.
Being a father, you can file for custodial rights of your daughter in the civil court.

A.Hi,
Adultery is still a ground of divorce, therefore you can claim it if you're planning to divorce her. Further, you as a father can file for custodial rights of your daughter.
