I got engaged on 15March 2020, due to corona marriage postponed from may to December 2020. With lost of querral some how we got married on 1st dec 2020. After the 3 months of marriage we have not our any physical relations. After chekups from Gynecologist, Psychiatrists and Counselling from The clinical Phycologist we just told by them that" My wife has no interest in me , my family or in our relationship" . but she refuses it. Don't cooperate or tries improve our relationship neither agree to be separated. Only force me want me to change my self according to her and frequently threaten me and my family to lodge a dowry case and domestic violence case against us. What should i do?

Divorce can be filed against your wife for threatening you and your family & for mentally harassing you under the grounds of cruelty. Thank you.

A.Hi,
You can file a divorce case against your wife on the grounds of cruelty. As your marriage has not consummated, it can be a valid reason for taking divorce on the grounds of cruelty. Thank You
