i am a Muslim man and working in Public sector Bank i gave my wife ist and 2nd divorce, but on second time she refused to accept the divorce which i sent through speed post, kindly advise is that going to create any problem for me as i am sending my final divorce in April to her
Also please tell me after i gave her all 3 divorces from my side which she does not agree but i sent her through speed post, kindly tell me is this divorce going to help me in future or in my office for marrying second time or she has to first accept than the divorce will be in effect
A.Divorce cannpt be granted on the basis of speed post. Only the court or JMFC have the rights to issue a divorce Decree.

Under muslim law, wife not accepting divorce is not a ground to set aside the divorce decree if everything has been done in accordance with the provisions of muslim law. However, if you want, you can approach the family court for this matter.

you can approach the family court if you wish to. Wife not accepting divorce is no ground for not obtaining divorce.
