Women's cell notice received

I have received notice to appear before CAW cell in Pune regarding complaint by my wife. I want to know
1. What should I expect when I reach there?
2. What is the process for resolving CAW complaints and how many times will I need to visit Pune? (I live in Delhi)
3. How can I get copy of complaint?
4. Can I get the appointment postponed in view of the covid situation in Maharashtra?

A.Hi,
No, its not mandatory for you to go there, however, you can if you want to. Basically, CAW Cell is conciliatory body which tries to resolve the issues between the parties. No investigation will be done, they'll just try to reconcile you with your wife on the basis of the issues which have arisen between both of you.

A.Hi,
The primary job of these cells is to bring about reconciliation between the warning couple. Its just a conciliatory body where efforts are made for conciliation with the free will of the parties.
Hence, it is not mandatory for you to go there, its upto you. Notice is sent for conciliation and not for any investigation.
