Is mediation necessary for divorce as my so called husband will not agree and he feels I am behind money but I do not want a single penny. Requesting for a proper guidance

A.Hi,
Mediation is necessary before taking the divorce case to the court. You can either go for Mediation through courts under section 89 of Code of Civil Procedure or Private Mediation. Try and resolve your issues at the Mediation Center.

A.Mediation is one of the step in divorce proceedings, which cannot be avoided at the same time no one can force the parties. If not settled will be sent back to court for further legal proceedings.
