Wife demanding allumini though she wants divorce from her end

I would like to inform you that, currently I am undergoing huge family problems which is really causing me mental imbalance, severe health disorders, impacting on my work deliverables.
The reason is my WIFE and by getting her re-occurring mental torcher which is on-going since the last Jan -2021. Since I got married to this lady, my life has become cumbersome. Always she has a dominating behavior, using unparliamentary language in every conversa?on , always suspicious stating I have some extra marital affair where the ground reality is not true. She is putting false allegations and always having a quarrelling attitude.
At present she threatened me that she will file divorce against me and when I try to solve/isolate the issue by proposing a solution she threatens me that she be make me jobless and make my un-employed in all the grounds. This is nothing but mental cruelty. This is really getting complicated day by day without any resolution which is really making things unstable in my life.
It's quite unfortunate, our law is also designed in such a way that, no matter what if a Female complains without any base/with base against somebody, the person gets in trouble without any touch base. Due to this law and without any research/evidence, a guy is always guilty un?l he is proved innocent, but it's not the case if we compare with a female. Unfortunately, our legal system is inclined towards women and most of them are taking due advantage of it in such scenarios.
I FEEL REALLY HELP LESS & REALLY IN NEED OF SUPPORT.
Not to become panic. You can project your problems created by your wife. Definitely the Court pass judgment in your favor.

You have valid ground of divorce. so you can also apply it.
if she makes you jobless then how she will get alimony (alumini is something diff) ?
she can not make you jobless until you do something foolish.
if she files complaint then you will only loose money and nothing much will happen if you get right lawyer.

1. As mentioned by u that since marriage ur wife has made ur life hell causing u both mental and social harassment, and threatening u on various issues of divorcing u and making u jobless and causing u social harm
For this u have a remedy by filing a case of Defamation against her in d court asas a criminal case.
Also u can bring a civil suit against her.

Sir, you didn't write your legal question clearly. However, from whatever we could understand, it seems you are not happy in this marriage. Seeing on to the gravity of the situation and the mental harassment which she does on you, you can file for a divorce, or sent a legal notice to her making her legally aware of her wrongdoings.
