Being blackmailed by my wife Being blackmailed by my wife

My wife filed a criminal case on me (I Haven’t done any crime, it was just an argument). The Judge sent us for mediation in the criminal case. We finished the mediation and she signed in the mediation that we will live together. When we had the next hearing to close the case she dint turn up. Meanwhile she blackmailed me saying I will not come till you file for mutual divorce. I filed mutual divorce in family court with the help of 1 Lawyer. Now she is saying that she will not come to criminal court till she get divorce. She wants both to happen at the same time.
Our lawyer said that you can only advance divorce case after few weeks of filing. My wife now found some other lawyer who has told her that he can advance the divorce case and she is saying that she will get my criminal case removed simultaneously with the divorce case.
I want to know if this is true. The Criminal Court judge does not know that we have filed for divorce.
I want to know the following.
What happens if my wife does not appear for the 2nd time for the criminal case hearing which she has filed.
Is it true that you can remove the criminal case when she has filed for divorce.
Can both the cases be removed at the same time?
How can I get free from this criminal case?
Im in too much stress. Im getting suicidal thoughts because of the stress im going through. I am ok with my wife going away. But the criminal case on me is just killing me. I don’t deserve this.

A.Hello Sir
If the offences in the criminal case are compoundable then you could settle the issue outside the court. Also both the criminal cases and family court cases are different they cannot merged. First settle the issue in the criminal case and at the same time your family court would go on.

A.Hello Sir
As both case are different both the cases would go differently, they cannot wait for one case decision to advance with the other. It could only happen if the judge had said so. Therefore your wife have to present for next hearing whenever it is. If she doesn't present then the court could order her to be present.
