For survey number 69/2, Document is in my father's name. EC from 1964 to till date, no transfer has been taken place.
But Title deed is in my relatives name.
Since 69/2 has been subdivided into 69/2A and 69/2B, So Title deed is on my relatives name.
Property document is in my fathers name
But title deed is in my relatives name
But According to EC no transfer of ownership has taken place from 1964 to till date.

You may file suit for declaration on the basis of documents and possession.
