Hi Sir,

Sir i am big fan of your videos. They are very clear, up to the point and in detail.
Thank you sir.

Request for your help..!!

My wife filled 498a, 377, 3/4 cases. From my side i have filled 354 againt her brother from my cousin sister side.
I applied for arrest stay and mediation Lucknow High court.

Mediation started and went for 1 month or so.
In last mediation 22nd Oct, 2021 wife decided to get mutual separation and i also aggreed.
10 lakhs amount, gold and her things i will handover this is condition.
I told mediator i will handover everthing after the decree of divorce and mediator also agreed with me.
These things were mentioned in mediation file and we both siged (me and my wife).

My next date is 01st Nov, 2021.
On this date mutual separation agreement will be pepared. We are been asked to call our advocates on the same day.

My query is:
Should i give the demand draft in mediation center. is it safe?
or
should i just show a photo copy in mediation center and later infront of megistrate i should handover the demant draft along with gold and her things during final motion of divorce

As of now i have not filled 13b mutaul divorce

A.Dear Sir,
In consultation with your advocates the mediator may prepare draft mutual separation agreement and file will be return to the concerned Court. You have to submit the demand draft to the Court along with gold articles etc., under a list and get acknowledgment in the Open Court.
