Is Nikah valid after court marriage? Is Nikah valid after court marriage?

Sir my sister wants to get married to a Muslim guy. I told her to go for Special marriage act. However, after marriage, if the boy's family conduct a nikaah and convert my sister with/without her knowledge, will she still be protected under the special marriage act or will she have to follow muslim personal law?

A.Dear Client,
If the marriage is solemnized adhering to the provisions of the Special Marriage Act then she will be protected by the provisions of the Act and she can always knock on the door of family court for relief.
Thank you.

A.Dear Client
this is going to be a tricky question. The answer is like this. If she is married under the Special Marriage Act and remains a hindu even after marriage then she will be protected under this Act. But if she get converted into a Muslim then the question will have to be possibly answered by the court whenever a situation like that arise when she needs to knock the door of the court
