I want divorce from my wife, since she is very rude & has lot of anger in behaviour. Also, does not respect to my family. Also, her attachment is totally with her maternal relatives. I have 7 yrs daughter. But, I want divorce from her. HOw much alimony she can demant as my salary is 70 k, but i have dues as personal loan, home loan. After all dues payment i hardly get 25K in my hand. Please suggest

If you have decided not to continue this marriage then you can file a case for divorce on the ground of cruelty and may be psychological disorder. About maintenance the court will decide after taking all your genuine expenses in to consideration.
