Birth certificate without biological father name

I got divorce now, I need to get the birth certificate for my child (1.10 yrs old) without a father name. (single mom) What is the procedure for that?
A.Dear Client,
You have to execute an affidavit that you are single unwed mother and you do not want father name to be mentioned in the birth certificate. Then, apply to the concerned registrar of birth in person to remove the name of father.
Alternatively, you can make a gazette declaration and use the changed name in the future use. If a Birth Certificate is already issued, correcting it without a court order is difficult. You may need to file an appropriate suit for the same.
