A.Dear client,
I cannot give a definitive answer as to whether it would count as dowry or not. It depends upon the cost of the items along with the circumstances under which the gift is being given. Usually, such items may not be considered as dowry but it cannot always be said so.

This a subjective question and there can't be a no or yes answer. For example if these items are given almost in all marriages and people consider it to be customary but one can take undue advantage this scenario when dowry case is to be established. I would suggest that let all those items be bought in the name of the bride so that it can be considered as her streedhan rather than dowry at any point of time.
