Waqf land

My grandfather bought a wakf land in around 1970s and at that time it was not a wakf property as it was not shown in pahani as wakf property.But in 2017 on taking that years pahani it was shown as wakf property.Till 2016 it was not shown on pahani. Now we are unable to sell that land.Please help me out. Its our only source of income.We want to sell it and buy land somewhere else.
A.Dear Sir,
You have to prefer revenue appeal under Section 136(2) of Karnataka Land Revenue Act or equivalent provision of your State and get remove such illegal entry.
