i am working In Africa ...My Wife making so much of trouble.as we have a child 1 year old 1 yearback my father was passed away.My wife is Money minded ,and Suspicious person..as i shared about my Ex-GF,Debts(i shared about debts to her father b4 marriage only) she is normal after saying aboutmy ex also ..when i shared about debts conflicts took placed MY Father took loan on my Brother(27 age) for my marriage and to clear small small debts Due to Covid we got strucked in this country and i didnt send one ruppee to home my brother only adjusted everything my father got sickedd in covid times at that time also she demanded to not send money to my brother..
i lost one job becuase of her they not payed last 45 days salry also i got hospitalised once (because of her words i hited a widow which lead to cutoff blood vessel) my grandmother also hospitalised because of her dialy fights.
at the time of my father death anniversery her brothers came to my house to fight i filed a case on them,4months back i got a job in africa again after so many conflicts also she not changed
after coming her also she begaving same always say somme people say about ur family bad
- Saying you have an illegal connection with Other Girls i ask her to prove but she skipping
- after my father death i shared her my father is not there now i need to care about my mom and brother but she took that also in ugly manner saing u nhaving illegal connection with your mother so you said that words
- even if i hug bathed girl also she saying what u doing s---x or what
- she having angry on my brother because he helped me in every iossue for that she saying i file a case on him by saying he dragged me into room and else
SO many Ugly Ellegation - and Saying reverse way to her parents to inccrease anger on me
i have some recording of her alligations on me my brother and mother ,SISTER
How to manage this issue
1. is there any way to take her to their home immediatly when we reach india (becuae her intension is to make us troble and wrong elligation on my brother) is Police support for this.
2. As we not took dowry and my house is on my father name power of alter is on my brother name propery is in Mortgage loan
if we file divorce how much almony should we need pay. as her intenion is to drag half house as almony,,is it possible to her
3. We need kid also
4. if we file case these recordings and Hospitalised certificares helps us
5.i hitted her once becvuase of alligation with my mother she captured that wound pic and blackmailing me she spoken ugly so i slapped her is it come under consideration if she file case

Ans: You have to contact local police to solve your problem.

if we file divorce how much almony should we need pay. as her intenion is to drag half house as almony,,is it possible to her
Ans: Whenever any such false FIR was issued alleging dowry harassment then you can go to High Court and get a stay order. Alimony will be calculated on your regular salary and not on your assets.

Ans: You have to file child custody case.

I send her to india by help of her one relative,,,we decided to apply for divorce i will come to india by the end of this month .... we have some recording of her and her mother and brothers scolding my mother alot which she dont know anything and they allways say someone said about my family badly i want to file a case on them what type of case i can file along with divorce please suggest me sir ....
1. is there any chance to get my child we have recordings of her saying i will kill thios child
2. i want to make them for every word they spoke what kind of case i can file
3. i want to resign my job to solve this i already i lost one job with 2 months salary because of her ...if we go for divorce how much i need to pay as alimony as i dont take single rupee from her given total gold also when she going to her home
You can file for divorce to which you have a right and ask for custody of your child . In case of alimony it will depend on your income and the maintenance of your wife.The recordings and hospitalized certificate can be used but it solely depends on the discretion of court and authenticity such proofs.
